"So, I was very slow to rise through the ranks.", says Phiddie.

"Eventually, though, Maine joined the Federation planets and I joined the duchy of Io.", says Phiddie.

"Yes, very much.", says Phiddie.

Marv pronounces a deep hatred for the aol 46 minute timer and disappears for a moment

Phiddie says, "I was one of those that downloaded the complete guide to Fed and read it before I ever promoted from commander."

Fancy also read the Guide before playing.

Phiddie says, "But I was still very green and although I knew Sol fairly well, I was very frightened to leave it."

Starangel could never even get past the first page in the guide

Endymion winks and says, "i've been played for nearly 2 years and haven't looked at the guide"

Phiddie says, "I remember my first contract from a JP."

"He sent me to a planet that was one of those that had no clear way to landing pad and I got lost.", says Phiddie.

Starangel recalls what a boring thing it is

Phiddie says, "I finally got the nerve to explore and as I promoted through the ranks, I got more and more nerve and discovered that not only could I haul with my spaceship..."

Phiddie says, "And actually, my participation in fighting events led ultimately to me becoming a Navigator."

Phiddie says, "I was a consistent participant in Fed's fighting events."

Phiddie says, "A few instances occurred where I stepped in for the usual MC to help out and that led to interest from hosts and by me and ultimately to Nav."

Christmasdream asks, "what change allowed this shy captain to join one of the most controversial duchies in fed?"
