EXPEL
Kicks a star system out of your cartel and puts it into the Sol cartel.
Usage: EXPEL systemname
Parameters: 'systemname' is the name of the star system you want to get rid of.
Restrictions: Plutocrats only. You must be somewhere in your star system. The star system must be a member of your cartel.
