Gets rid of an unwanted factory on your planet.
Usage: EXPROPRIATE FACTORY factory# companyname
Parameters: 'factory#' is the number of the factory
'companyname' is the name of the company that owns the factory.
Example: expropriate factory 2 universal exports
Restrictions: Planet-owners only. You must be on the planet.
