IPO
Checks the effect floating your company would have on the stock market.
Usage: IPO markup
Parameters: 'markup' is the markup on the book value of the company that you want to apply.
Example: ipo 10
Restrictions: You must be an Industrialist. The markup must be between -20 and 20.
To actually go ahead with the IPO, use LAUNCH IPO.
