POST JOB
Allows POs to post a job to the cartel's workboard.
Usage: POST JOB commodity planetname
Parameters: 'commodity' is the trading commodity you want delivered.
'planetname' is the name of the destination planet.
Example: post job droids rigel 4
Restrictions: you must be on one of your own planets. You cannot post jobs if you are still a member of the Sol cartel. You can't post if the workboard already has 40 jobs on it.
