SEND MAIL
Sends a message to one or all of your fellow cartel-members.
Usage: SEND MAIL playername message
Parameters: 'playername' is the name of one of your cartel-mates, or the word 'all'.
'message' is the text to send.
Example: send mail pugwash I see you've had yet another riot. Sort yourself out or leave my cartel!
send mail all Cartel party next Saturday on Rigel 4 - be there or be a cube.
Restrictions: You must be on one of your planets. Cartel mail is not available in the Sol cartel.
To read your mail, use MAIL.
