FEDERATION 2 COMMANDS
TELL
Sends a private message to a named player, or allows you to talk to a mobile.
Usage: TELL playername message
Parameters: 'playername' is the name of the player you want to talk to; 'message' is what you want to say.
Example: tell newbod Hello, are you a girl or a boy?
The recipient sees: Your comm unit signals a tight beam message from Dork, "Hello, are you a girl or a boy?"
Usage: TELL mobilename message
Parameters: 'mobilename' is the name of the mobile you want to talk to; 'message' is what you want to say.
Example: tell priest hello
TELL can be abbreviated to TB.
