UPGRADE FACTORY
Increases the efficiency of the specified factory.
Usage: UPGRADE FACTORY factory#
Parameters: 'factory#' is the number of the factory you want to upgrade.
Cost: 1,000,000 ig for a 5% increase.
Restrictions: Manufacturers only. You need a permit to increase the efficiency more than once. Efficiency can be increased to 150%.
