MEET AND GREET WITH ANDREW

The Love Shack Bar and Grill
The Love Shack plays it's music loud, the dance floor is always full with it's patrons swaying and rockin to the beat of the music. The house band has been imported from the planet Earth and plays nothing but classic rock from the 1960's to 1970's era. The waitress's are all beautiful wearing short skirts and low cut blouse's and always have a smile on their faces as they serve you. The food is the best in the gallaxy bar none. Take a seat in one of the many booth's or alone the bar and let yourself be taken back to a time and place where people were friendlier and took the time to get to know one another.
The house drink is a Strawberry Margarita: To mix one yourself: Take one blender, add crushed ice, fresh strawberries, sugar, plenty of tequilla, and blend until smooth.

Examine Mogul Andrew
Andrew is tall, showing off his dark tan and muscular body. He's wearing long baggy shorts, a white tank top t-shirt, dark sunglasses, flip flops and a friendly smile.

Meteu says, "We are here with Andrew tonight on the fine planet of Recipe for tonights Meet and Greet."

Meteu asks, "Welcome Andrew, are you comfortable?"

Kalandra applauds, happy to see Andrew in the hot seat only to remember its her turn next week.

Andrew smiles, "as comfortable as I can be, being duct taped to a chair :)"

Angelfowl giggles

Andrew will remember to Kal...in case you ask any...irritating questions ;)

Meteu asks, "Lets get started then, what brought you to Fed?"

Andrew asks, "um, which Fed?"

Kalandra blushes and keeps quiet

Andrew says, "Fed classic or Fed2"

Meteu says, "Fed 2 then we'll get to classic\"

Andrew says, "ah well I always loved playing Fed and checked IBGames to see if they had Fed back up again, and was thrilled to see that the created a new Fed"

Meteu asks, "What drew you to Classic?"

Andrew says, "ah, I was logging on to :::chokes::: AOL around 94, 95 and it was there under games so I checked it out and liked it, it is the first and only text game I have ever played"

Meteu asks, "What was your favorite part about playing Fed?"

Andrew says, "for Fed2, it was the people here, very friendly"

Andrew says, "for classic it was the ship fighting"

Blinx cringes in fear

Meteu asks, "Ever get shot down by Pegasus?"

Andrew laughs

Meteu says, "I'll take that as a yes"

Andrew says, "many times when I was first learning to fight, I started fighting by cut and pasteing, then, I went to Ghostools macros and started smoking Pegasus"

Meteu asks, "What did you not like about Classic?"

Andrew says, "bare with me, I type slow"

Andrew says, "that's easy...I didn't like the $750.00 to $800.00 a month cost of playing it"

Andrew says, "but I was addicted as I am now lol"

Meteu asks, "Now your planet is rather interesting, what gave you the idea for it?"

Andrew says, "I wanted something different then everyone else's, and I love to cook. While I was trying to figure out what to make my planet, Hell's Kitchen came on the tv, a light bulb went out and that was all it took to know what to make it as"

Meteu asks, "Did you make any mistakes while you were designing it?"

Kalandra chuckles

Andrew grins and blushes

Andrew says, "um, well to be honest, altough I did write every location, I couldn't figure out the workbench, so a dear friend designed it for me"

Meteu says, "ah, I sent mine to a contractor as well but they wrote the locations as well.."

Meteu smiles, "Now on to the fun part of my night:)"

Andrew exclaims, "ut oh!"

Meteu asks, "What the most embarassing way you have died in Fed 2?"

Andrew says, "I walked into the radiation room like 5 times in a day"

Andrew blushes

Kalandra s jaw hits the floor

Meteu asks, "What brought that about?"

Andrew winks, "more reason not to drink JD and Coke and try to play Fed ;)"

Jewells says, "Maybe he wanted a Tan."

Andrew already has a dark tan

Angelfowl says, "Wow"

Kalandra says, "sun is always good for that"

Angelfowl says, "I think he's glowing :P"

Meteu asks, "What was your highest rank in Classic?"

Andrew says, "I live in southern California....pale is not an option"

Andrew says, "I was a Duke"

Meteu asks, "What are your thoughts on Arlene?"

Meteu smiles, "Yes I went there:)"

Kblackdragon says, "That question should be stricken from the record."

Andrew says, "discusting (sp)"

Andrew says, "he hurt to many CEO's"

Andrew says, "charged slithies for shares"

Angelfowl nods remembering that

Jewells says, "That's evil"

Meteu asks, "Is that why that name is hardly ever spoken around here?"

Kalandra shakes her head "that was awful"

Yodabunny wonders whatever happened to Arlene

Kalandra doesn't care. ;)

Andrew says, "I think it was wrong for anyone to hurt another player the way he did, especially with him being a staff member"

Meteu says, "That would be pretty bad."

Andrew says, "but that is just me, everyone is intitled to their own opinion"

Meteu asks, "How long have you been here in Fed 2?"

Andrew says, "I'm not sure, when I first started Fed2, the highest rank was Indy I think, I got half way through the AK's and stopped playing for about 6 months or so"

Meteu asks, "Did the AK's drive you insane?"

Andrew says, "I started with a different character"

Meteu says, "Ah"

Andrew says, "they did back then but now, I enjoy doing AK's"

Meteu asks, "Now the real question, are you one of Zardoz's alts?"

Andrew laughs

Kalandra nearly spits half her drink across the room

Kblackdragon says, "50-50 shot on that one"

Andrew says, "no but Zard is a good frind and inspired me to make alot of alts...I have 14 alts now, 4 fins to help the CEO's"

Jewells notes that Meteu never asked is she was a zard-alt.

Meteu asks, "Is that by-product of Arlene?"

Andrew says, "yes, it really bothered me to hear CEO's begging for shares and getting dogged by Arlene and Ariadne"

Meteu asks, "Care to share any tidbits about your next planet?"

Andrew winks, "well I am working on my next planet, all I will say is that it will relate well to Recipe ;)"

Meteu asks, "In your opinion what is the best ship out there?"

Andrew says, "I may make another planet for my Alt Obisean later down the road"

Andrew says, "Imperial, makes hauling much easy with 12 bays"

Andrew says, "easier even"

Andrew says, "and much better for fighting when and if they bring it to Fed2"

Meteu asks, "Thats all the questions that I have, are there any questions from the audience?"

Kblackdragon asks, "What's your favorite thing to do in Fed II?"

Andrew winks, "does that mean the duct tape can come off? ;)"

Angelfowl says, "Not until the end Andrew :P"

Kalandra winks, "Not until the rest of us are done with you ;)"

Andrew winks, "my favorite thing is to give Kalandra a hard time ;)"

Kalandra drawls, "Yeah, yeah..."

Kblackdragon says, "lol Nothing out of the ordinary then."

Andrew laughs and tickles Kal

Kalandra remembers all the workbench questions

Andrew exclaims, "you would have to remember that of all things...sheesh!"

Kalandra says, "very hard to forget"

Andrew says, "yes I am very hard to forget :P"

Jewells kicks Joe in the shin after watching him glance towards one of the waitresses..

Yodabunny spits out the Corona that came with his meal.

Andrew laughs

Kalandra drawls, "you used to visit pantheon all the time but now that you have your own place, you never write, you never call, you never visit..."

Kalandra humphs

Andrew says, "I used to live on Pantheon, I figured I wore out my welcome"

Andrew exclaims, "but I do call!"

Andrew says, "you just never answer :P"

Joe asks, "huh? what?"

Kalandra says, "uh huh... I DO Have call waiting"

Kalandra says, "and voice mail"

Andrew asks, "and how much time have you spent on Reciepe?"

Andrew raises a brow

Kalandra says, "ummm I have other planetary things to take care of. The Gods are very demanding of my tiem you know."

Kalandra shuffles her feet a little

Andrew winks, "uh huh ;)"

Kalandra says, "we aren't talkign about me anyway, this is YOUR Mett and Greet"

Andrew smiles, "you know what I say aboyt excuses :)"

Kalandra says, "Meet and Greet even"

Andrew says, "about even"

Kalandra asks, "that as long as they are good ones its ok?"

Meteu asks, "Any other questions?"

Andrew says, "no"

Kalandra says, "oh Ih ave a question"

Andrew says, "excuses are like backsides, everyone has one"

Andrew waits for Kal

Meteu asks, "Kal?"

Kalandra asks, "Andrew, why do you like to play the Fed Games so much and when are you ever going to manage to beat me at federgories?"

Kalandra grins

Andrew winks, "just remember, you are next week ;)"

Kalandra says, "yeah, yeah"

Kalandra asks, "oh and what is your fav game?"

Andrew drawls, "I love games mostly to socialize and get away from hauling, and as far as beating you....."

Andrew smiles, "I won't ever, I enjoy letting you think you beat me, it strokes your ego :)"

Kalandra shows the slithy certificate around the room she won off of him last time they played

Andrew says, "and Federgories is my favorite game in Fed"

Jewells asks, "Your favorite game is Taboo Right?"

Jewells frowns, "oh :("

Kalandra says, "He hasn't had a chance to play yet Jewells"

Andrew says, "I haven't had a chance to play it yet Jewells but I will soon"

Jewells exclaims, "shoudl still be your favorite!!"

Kalandra says, "lol"

Angelfowl giggles

Kalandra says, "you could win 1000ig"

Andrew says, "money or slithies, I do not play for"

Meteu asks, "How much hauling do you do?"

Andrew says, "If I win a slithy, I give it away"

Jewells is smiling broadly.

Andrew says, "I go in spurts, I will haul everyday for 4 or 5 days, then I won't haul for a week, it depends on who is in Fed to chat with if I haul or not"

Jewells says, "andrew! lol.."

Andrew smiles even braoder at Jewells

Meteu asks, "Any other questions?"

Andrew says, "I should talk more on comms but, I type so slow and so lousy it is hard for me to keep up when alot of people are talking"

Andrew says, "I went to the Occy school of typing"

Jewells says, "All you need to do is practice Andrew.."

Angelfowl giggles

Andrew smiles, "and my tutor was Zand :)"

Kalandra laughs "It shows"

Meteu asks, "Any other questions for Andrew?"

Andrew says, "I crushed several fingers so I type with my 2 indez fingers"

Andrew says, "indez even"

Andrew says, "see what I mean lol"

Andrew says, "Index! I hate it when that happens"

Kalandra has bought you a pint of Diesel's Old Peculiar strong dark ale.

Kalandra says, "blame it on the Old Peculiar"

Angelfowl whispers, "I think Andrews had too much to drink."

Meteu drawls, "That hurts just thinking about it..."

Andrew says, "too much Pepsi? lol"

Kalandra pointedly ignores the empty bottle of rum next to the bottle of pepsi

Andrew says, "crushed between 2 4" x 12" x22" beams"

Angelfowl giggles

Meteu drawls, "ouch........."

Andrew exclaims, "that is NOT rum!"

Andrew says, "it's JD :P"

Angelfowl giggles again

Kalandra says, "Very sorry, my mistake"

Andrew exclaims, "you should know better Kal...I don't do rum!"

Kalandra says, "I could only see part of the bottle, if you didn't hide it I would be able to see it"

Andrew winks, "well they duct taped me before I had a chance to hide it ;)"

Kalandra laughs

Angelfowl giggles, "Can I un-duct tape him now?"

Andrew asks, "are you related to Joe Kal?"

Meteu says, "I guess he can roam free for the last few minutes"

Angelfowl grins and starts pulling the duct tape off

Andrew says, "I can remember him telling me once......step away from the bottle! lol"

Kalandra asks, "No, why would you say that?"

Kalandra says, "I just took it away (for all the good it did)"

Andrew says, "you never know in Fed"

Andrew winks, "if alts were trees, this place would be an orchard ;)"

Kalandra says, "You do have that right"

Meteu says, "Any other questions for Andrew"

Jewells asks, "Andrew, can I have a Slithy?"

Jewells is smiling broadly.

Jewells asks, "or Two?"

Andrew winks, "there ya go ;)"

Jewells says, "haha"

Jewells says, "the rest of you should try that"

Meteu asks, "Any other questions?"

Andrew winks, "have to wait until I get more now ;)"

Angelfowl winks, "I get slithies for Federgories most weeks from him ;)"

Kalandra winks, "and then you get to hand them over to me unless Fancy is playing ;)"

Jewells drawls, "im sorry baby.. i wish I had been here for you then..."

Jewells says, "er"

Andrew says, "it is to support Fed2....better then it being pay to play"

Jewells says, "lol"

Angelfowl nods agreeing

Joe asks, "Hey Andrew can you pass the bottle of JD?"

Jewells holds out her glass, "me too"

Meteu says, "On that note, this concludes this weeks Meet and Greet with Andrew, join us next week for Meet and Greet with Kalandra."

Andrew Not only passes it but pours a round for everyong except Angelfowl, he gives her another cherry vanilla Dr. Pepper

Angelfowl smiles, "Thanks andrew :)"

Andrew smiles, "Thank you all for coming, you're always welcome here :)"

Kalandra raises a glass "To Andrew"
