PASSWORD PROBLEMS
If something goes wrong during the log-on process and your account ID or password are not accepted, Fed2Term will prompt you to type them in again. If you still can't log on, click on the cancel button to abort your attempt.
If you have forgotten either your ID or password - or both - then email feedback@ibgames.com and ask for help.
