ECONOMICS CLASSMay 4, 2008 - Instructor: SmittySmitty says, " ok, first things first- let's talk about econ 101" Smitty winks, "this is NOT fed... this is fed2... that's the most important thing you can rememver ;)" Smitty says, "also i can't spell :P" Smitty says, "ok, so the most basic is where we're starting-" Smitty says, " let's talk about everyone who thinks their planet is losing money" Smitty says, "first: it's not" Smitty says, "ok, so econ 101- it's all about understanding supply and demand" Icey raises hand.. my planet is barely making anything Smitty says, "if your planet is set to, say 100 min 200 max, and everything is full- you will lose 0 groats. oh, and you'll also make....... you guessed it. zero groats" Smitty says, "this is the key to remember. if you aren't building up stock, and you aren't selling stock, your planet is basically dormant" Icey raises hand Bubba asks, "so it's best to set max to...well...max?" Smitty asks, "yes icey?" Bubba says, "oops...sorry" Icey asks, "how about on defs.. where is the best to set it to?" Smitty says, "and no bubba ;) - get to that in a second" Icey asks, "100/200?" Icey asks, "min and max perspectivly?" Zappp smiles, "my favorite answer...it depends...:)" Smitty says, "well, my personal feeling on defs is to set them to 200 max- basically the lowest possible setting- because anythin over zero and you're eating a loss on the extra" Smitty winks, "but we'll get to that ;)" Stowaway has joined the Economics channel. Zappp says, "i would 2nd that" Icey says, "ok .. i will hush imma sorry" Smitty says, "no problem (and i think you know the basics) :P" Smitty has bought you econ recon drinky special Smitty says, "ahh" Bourbon says, "thanks Smitty" Smitty drawls, "ok, so back to the key ideas..." Catspaws whispers, "It's Icey. never assume he knows the basics..." Smitty says, "lol" Bourbon tries to keep from laughing Smitty says, "ok, so the thing we need to adress first: this isn't FED. This is fedTWOOoooo" Angelfowl giggles Smitty exclaims, "so there have been people complaining.... why don't i make things for 9ig!" Bubba blinks Smitty says, "like DJ likes to say- this is NOT fed. this is fed2" Squeeky raises its paw for a question Smitty asks, "yes squeek?" Pine doesn't listen to DJ Smitty smiles, "lol, yes, so he tells me :)" Squeeky asks, "what percentage to you set the spread at?" Smitty exclaims, "ok, let's get over the basics first!" Smitty pokes squeeky Catspaws duct tapes the mouse's mouth Smitty exclaims, "i promise i'll get to all that!" Smitty winks Angelfowl sits back and watches Smitty says, "let's talk about supply and demand first" Smitty asks, "now, it's important to realize- if you don't have any supply, and you don't have any demand, something will happen. any guesses?" Madadder exclaims, "A negative stockpile!" Madadder says, "oh wait, I misread" Smitty says, "lol, pretty close mad" Madadder says, "That commodity will be stagnant, neither building up or going down" Smitty exclaims, "the key is this: if you have no supply, and no demand- you make NO groats!" Smitty asks, "so everyone who has been worried that they're "losing" money... set your max to 200 and min to 100- i guarantee you will make NO money, and lose? any guesse?" Smitty asks, "guesses i mean?" Meteu says, "You'd loose nothing" Smitty exclaims, "right! NO money!" Smitty pats met on the backj Madadder says, "No profit, no loss. Total stagnation." Smitty asks, "it's actually pretty comforting- you can always break even by doing?" Pine raises it's hand Smitty asks, "pine?" Your comm unit relays a message from Myrrh, "Nothing!" Squeeky thought that pine would raise a pen :P Pine asks, "if you break even on a commod, doesn't it make sense to have it set to where you don't have to worry about it?" Pine says, "example, production 2 demand 2 (0)" Zappp asks, "u mean its net is 0?" Smitty says, "exactly pine! you make nothing, you lose nothing- so let everyone trade is my philosophy" Pine asks, "or did i lose you?" Smitty winks, "so let's look at a commod like, say vids on numazu- here comes a case study ;)" Zappp says, "he meant net production is zero smitty" Smitty says, "well, zero is fine- that's the case where you'll really never have to look at the commod" Pine says, "just wondering" Smitty says, " let's use this example- vids on numazu are +25 production- let's say 35 production and 10 consumption" Smitty says, "now when i produce vids, i'm producing for something close to base price- say with a spread of 6%" Smitty asks, " now what do you think would happen if i produce the same commod- but with the spread at 20%?" Smitty looks around the classroom Madadder asks, "It would cost more to produce?" Bourbon asks, "are you selling any of it?" Smitty says, "exactly mad! it costs more to produce" Bourbon says, "sorry, you produce at lower cost" Madadder asks, "Bust does the planet also pay more for that 10 that it consumes?" Madadder says, "But I mean" Smitty says, "and if i put the spread up to 40%? yep-- it costs even more to produce" Smitty says, "the planet only pays for the net- so it's not actually consuming the 10- it's only producing the 25 net" Bubba blinks Bubba raises his hand Smitty says, "ok, so if you produce say, 25 net on vids at 6%- let's say you then have some stock piled up" Smitty asks, "yes bubba?" Smitty winks, "lol, ok icey got bored ;)" Catspaws smiles, "Bless you :)" Bubba asks, "so you are saying that - other than to calculate net production - consumption holds no other purpose?" Smitty exclaims, "well, not NO other purpose- if the net is negative that matters a lot!" Bubba drawls, "well....what I am getting at...." Bourbon raises his hand Smitty says, "ok, go ahead bubba" Bubba drawls, "you said the planet only pays for the net production...." Smitty winks, "and bourb you're next ;)" Smitty asks, "right bubba... and?" Bubba says, "but in the FIG, it says that you are paid for the consumption set on each commod....I took that to mean that the planet pays itself , for what it consumes" Smitty says, "that's true" Bubba says, "okay...I'm confused" Smitty says, " but it's net consumption that we care about most" Smitty asks, "so stay with me here- let's talk about production first ok?" Bubba asks, "so if you produce more than you consume, you really get nothing, for that commod?" Smitty says, "exactly" Smitty asks, "but let's talk about production first ok?" Smitty says, "i'll get to defs in a bit" Bubba asks, "even if consumption is 50 and production is 75...you get nothing?" Smitty says, "exactly! cause you're really at production +25" Bubba says, "okay...that right there changes my whole strategy" Smitty winks, "i know, right? ;)" Bubba says, "sorry...go ahead" Smitty smiles, "ok, no problem :)" Smitty exclaims, "feel free to interrupt any time everyone!" Bubba says, "Think B had something" Smitty says, "yes, that's right" Meteu rasies his hand mitty asks, "bourbon?" Smitty says, "then met" Bourbon asks, "thought production was at buy price, and consumption at sell price, was I thinking wrong?" Smitty says, "ok, well let's hold off on that for a sec b- i'll get to prices in a bit" Bourbon says, "ok" Meteu asks, "So what you are basically saying is if I produce something at +25 and my consumption is say +15 what am I actually getting?" Smitty exclaims, "prices aren't as important as understand what affects them!" Smitty winks, "or understanding- sorry ;)" Bubba says, "zip, Met" Bubba says, "nada" Smitty says, "what you're actually getting is +10 met" Madadder says, "Well you get nothing if the stockpile = the max, right? If it's less than the max, you'll get 10 tons of that commod, and your treasury pays for those 10 tons." Meteu says, "so prod minus consumption = what I actually dump to the exchage" Smitty says, "right mad! if it's full, you're actually not even producing that commod. since it's fully you basically forefit that production cycle" Smitty says, "so let's get back to mad's question" Smitty says, "yes" Smitty says, "you are getting 10 tons at 6%" Smitty drawls, "now, let's think about this for a minute...." Smitty asks, "if you produce 10 tons at 6% ...... and then you up the spread to 40% and people buy it- what do you get?" Madadder exclaims, "Profit!" Smitty exclaims, "YES!" Bubba says, "34% profit" Smitty exclaims, "and that's fed econ 101!" Smitty smiles and looks around the room Your comm unit relays a message from Boone, "question for Smitty" Smitty exclaims, "so now you know how to make money off producing commods!" Bubba says, "now you just need to keep people from buying, while it is set to 6%, and filling up :p" Smitty says, "well, that is one strategy, sure bubba" Smitty says, " but it's also important to realize that prices fluctuate quite a bit" Your comm unit relays a message from Boone, "actually a statement, to get that 34%m, wouldnt you have to set spread at 6% while producing, but as soon as the, stock maxes, change it to 40, then when you sell any, immediately change it back to 6 spread?" Bubba nods Your comm unit relays a message from Boone, "which sounds very difficult to do, in theory" Smitty says, "so say you have a commod at 1000 max and it's empy" Smitty says, "but you have another at 1000 max and it's at 950" Smitty asks, "which one is selling for more?" Smitty looks around Madadder says, "The empty one" Smitty exclaims, "right! it's supply and demand again!" Madadder says, "Since the exchange wants it more since it's so far from the max, it'll only part with what it has at an extremely high price." Smitty exclaims, "exactly mad! if you have a lot of something- it's not worth much!" Smitty asks, "but if you've got a max of 20000 set- and you don't even make that commod?" Smitty exclaims, "yes! you're going to lose money!" Smitty exclaims, "so, let's review- is it possible to lose money? sure. but is it hard to lose money? yes!" Smitty says, "the most important thing to do is set your min and max stock values so that you produce as cheaply as possible" Smitty asks, "ok, so this has been a lot of info- questions?" Smitty winks, "we still have to talk about defs ;)" Joe raises hand Smitty says, "yes joe" Joe asks, "so are you assuming that everything is buying and selling at the base price for the above examples?" Smitty says, "well, what you have the markup (spread) set at, and how much you currently have in stock will affect the commod" Joe drawls, "other than the empty stockpile example..." Smitty says, "so nothing really EVER sells or buys at the base price" Bubba raises his hand Smitty winks, "that's the essence of how you make money ;)" Smitty says, "yes bubba" Bubba drawls, "just want to make sure I understand..." Smitty winks, "of course ;)" Smitty exclaims, " the only dumb question is the one left unasked!" Joe says, "i always that is was, "there is no such thing as a stupid question, just stupid people who ask questions." :p" Bubba drawls, "So - assuming that I will be doing most of my own hauling anyway - regarding producers only...the very best way to squeeze every groat I can into the treasury is to set max stockpile relatively low, and spread to 6%....." Joe chuckles, "sorry, couldn't help it" Smitty says, "lol, ok joe, be nice :P" Bubba drawls, "while stockpiles are building up..." Smitty exclaims, "right bubba- that's the best way to produce commods at the best price!" Smitty claps loudly! Bubba says, "THEN, when I am about to haul it out of the planet, set max stockpile to 20k and spread to 40%" Smitty smiles, "now we're learning :)" Smitty exclaims, "exactly bubba!" Bubba says, "once hauled out, set everything back down again, to start all over/" Madadder raises his hand. Smitty says, "we are trying to maximize our difference between what we're producing at, and what we're "buying" our own stock at" Smitty asks, "yes mad?" Bubba nods Joe raises hand Smitty says, "yes joe- you're right after madadder" Joe nods and waits patiently ;) Madadder says, "Is there that big of a difference of hauling out with a stockpile at 20k vs. something smaller like 5k if the spread is the same? I understand with the lower stockpile that the planet will pay more when it replenishes, but at the same time you'll put more money into the planet when you buy since the sell price will be higher." Madadder says, "Sorry for such a long one :-)" Smitty exclaims, "no problem!" Smitty says, "and that's a great consideration mad! you're right on track" Smitty exclaims, "the more you can change the difference from the base price- the more your commod is worth!" Smitty says, "so, putting the spread to 40% and putting the max up high will make the commod cost more" Smitty drawls, "but, it's important to realize..." Smitty exclaims, "you can actually make the commod so expensive that you'll actually lost money trading it!" Bubba says, "the money that you put into the planet, by hauling...is coming out of your own pocket" Smitty says, "sorry, LOSE money that is" Smitty says, "exactly bubba" Smitty winks, "so don't bankrupt yourself ;)" Joe winks, "but at least it's not taxed ;)" Smitty says, "now, if we consider deficit commods- say 20 production and 30 consumption" Smitty says, "that will net you -10" Joe raises hand again ;) Smitty says, "sure, joe" Joe says, "i just thought it would be worth while to mention how long it takes to affect the prices when adjusting stockpiles/spreads" Smitty says, "yes, that is a good point" Smitty says, "i haven't talked about how often commods change in price" Smitty says, "and the simple answer is that they change a LOT" Smitty says, "but that really has a bit to do with the efficiency number of your specific commod" Smitty winks, "and DJ will be covering builds quite well (i'm sure) next week ;)" Smitty says, "so let's leave it at this0" Angelfowl cant wait :P Pine says, "i doubt it" Smitty says, "commods cycle X times per hour" Joe laughs Smitty says, "where X is more than 1" Smitty says, "and the efficiency number of your commod? that will make your commod cycle more often" Smitty says, "so let's say, for example, your commod is 100%" Smitty says, "and let's pretend that 100% is 6 cycles per hour" Smitty says, "and let me tell you, it varies wildly- depending on how many people are on etc etc etc" Bourbon says a silent prayer to a certain player with many many alts Smitty says, "that means you will produce 6 cycles per hour of any given commod. if the commod is +25, that means you will get 25*6 tons per hour" Joe chuckles Smitty asks, "anyone know how many "bays" that is?" Smitty says, "lol b" Angelfowl giggles, "Nice B." Bubba says, "2 bays" Smitty says, "right! 25 tons times 6 "cycles" is 150 tons. that's 2 bays! (150/2 = 75)" Joe asks, "is 6 cycles the "base"? without any outside affecting events?" Bubba says, "Only the GA knows, for sure :p" Smitty says, "yes joe- but 6 is not a realistic number- it could be 12- could be 20- it all depends on how many people are in the game- etc" Smitty says, "and the more efficient your commod is= the more often it will cycle" Joe nods Smitty says, "so, efficiency is pretty important- when it comes to building stock" Smitty says, "now, i won't pretend to know all there is to know about production- but there are basically two schools of thought" Madadder says, "Is Effiiency % misleading? It seems commods with efficiency of let's say 130% cycles WAY more often than 30% more than commods with like 100%" Smitty says, "right mad- i don't know what the exact math is (only bella knows!) but it really REALLY makes a difference" Smitty says, "i'd say, when it comes to builds- efficiency is at the top of my list" Bourbon nods Smitty says, "so let's talk about the two ideas behind production" Smitty says, "and now's the time that i reccomend that you all check out the labor board" Joe couldn't agree more on the eff builds Smitty says, "lots of us early POs put our various experiments on the boards- describing what we were doing and what worked/etc" Smitty says, "that was back when nobody really knew how planets worked- so we were all just trying to make a go at it" Catspaws mumbles, "And we know now?" Smitty says, "there's tons of good info to go over there" Smitty says, "lol" Smitty exclaims, "stop telling them that cats! i'm supposed to look like i know what is what!!!!" Catspaws says, "Oh, Ok. My bad." Smitty laughs Catspaws starts to pay close attention to the cleanliness of her left front paw Angelfowl giggles Smitty says, "ok, so it's been a long night so far- and i still want to take questions- so let me just make this on last point" Smitty says, "when it comes to defs- say +20 production and -30 consumption" Smitty says, "you're planet is actually LOSING 10 tons per cycle" Smitty exclaims, "oh! sheesh sorry, i totally just lost my train of thought!" Smitty says, "the two methods of production" Catspaws snickers behind her paw Bubba asks, "but getting paid, for it, by workthingies?" Bourbon says, "econ 101 is now boarding on track 3" Bourbon has given Smitty a truly scrumptious tickle. Smitty says, "yes, i won't forget about that bubba- but let's talk about the two schools of thought first" Angelfowl giggles Smitty sighs Bubba nods Smitty says, "phew i'm sweating! ;)_" Joe takes a step away from Smitty. Smitty says, "ok, so if i can steal a line from my favorite infomercial: there's the "set it and forget it" school" Smitty says, "and there's the "walk it up" school" Squeeky will brb Smitty says, "so- i'd say if you had to pick two opposites, i'm in the "manage it" school- and oddball is in the "set it and forget it" school" Smitty winks, "obviously- you can make money in both ;)" Smitty says, "if you follow my advice from earlier- you'll be ok (scroll back to 6% and all that!)" Catspaws drawls, "I'm in the "it'll take me two weeks to get back what I lost" school..." Catspaws grumbles to herself Smitty says, "lol cats, yep" Meteu asks, "Smiity is the manage it the same as th walk it up?" Smitty says, "so let me make one more really, REALLY important point" Smitty winks, "on that topic ;)" Smitty exclaims, " you are never LOSING money. seriously! i wouldn't lie to you!" Catspaws smiles, "Ok, where is it then? :)" Bubba drawls, "except for Cats...." Bubba grins and ducks Angelfowl giggles Catspaws thwaps Bubba with her tail Smitty exclaims, "when your treasury starts sinking, and you're in despair... remember: all those goods you've been producing- they're worth TONS!" Bubba exclaims, "owmph!" Smitty exclaims, "just because you're "stockpile rich" and "groats poor" - i swear, your money didn't disappear!" Squeeky is back Madadder says, "Hehe, nice puns" Bubba whispers to Cats, "That thing isn't supposed to be prehensile!" Smitty asks, "ok, so what was i saying before?" Smitty falls over into a chair Smitty says, "right, right" Smitty says, "defs" Bubba says, "set it and forget it, vs manage it (walk it up)" Smitty says, "lol, yes" Smitty winks, "i prefer to walk it up ;)" Smitty says, "as for the specifics.... well let's call that your homework! :P" Bubba raises his hand Smitty asks, "yes bubba?" Bubba asks, "Since defs are the opposite end of the spectrum, from surpluses...is your hauling strategy going to be the opposite too? i.e. set max high and spread high, when not working the ex....then set both low, when hauling in?" Smitty exclaims, "i couldn't have put it better bubba!" Bubba says, "because planet is buying net def from you...so want to make price high" Smitty says, "there's just one fine point to remember- and this can REALLY make the difference: defs stink at 0 or higher" Bubba asks, "0 stockpile?" Smitty says, "if you fill a def over 0 tons- the planet only gets half of your delivery! the other half just disappears! dang lazy workthingies" Bubba nods Smitty says, "so never, NEVER deliver more than 525 tons of a def to your planet" Bubba says, "not to mention that you will be making buy price very high...thus attracting traders to dump tons on you" Smitty says, "and when it comes to the max for your defs- ALWAYS put the exchange max to the lowest possible valur" Smitty says, "sorry value" Smitty says, "otherwise, you're giving traders artifically inflated prices" Bubba nods Catspaws lifts a paw Smitty asks, "yes cats?" Bubba asks, "so defs are basically good, for a few extra groats...but the really serious cash comes from producers?" Bubba says, "ooops...sorry Cats...I defer" Catspaws says, "Ok, we're living in the days of "Promote and leave the exchange alone for futures." Which means, you lose your shirt that first day. Kind of makes walkup or managing moot unless you work with only the commods not covered by futures." Smitty says, "well, that's true cats- i see it as being a good citizen ;) but seriously- you're not really "losing" money- you're just making stock and that's where your groats are" Smitty says, "but it's totally up to the player- you could alway set your whole exchange max to 200 a few minutes after reset and not "lose" a single groat" Smitty says, "but my most important point of this evening: you aren't losing anything! you're just shifting money between stock and raw cash" Bubba raises his hand Smitty says, "and the only way to make money is to do just that" Smitty winks, "just in the most effective way you can ;)" Smitty says, "yes bubba" Bubba points to his question above Smitty exclaims, "sorry!" Bubba grins Smitty winks, "ah, ok took me a sec to find it ;)" Smitty says, "and i'd mostly agree- the real money is in producers" Bubba winks, "s'okay...I'm very patient ;)" Joe raises hand Smitty says, "the only reason that is, though, is because you have a limit of 525 tonnes on defs" Bubba nods Smitty winks, "and you have a limit of 20000 tonnes on surplus ;)" Smitty says, "both are equally good for making money" Joe winks, "nevermind ;)" Smitty winks, "i did all of my agri builds on defs only ;)" Smitty winks, "sure joe? i'm happy to answer it ;)" Joe drawls, "yea, i answered it by reading above... just about spreads being opposite for defs 6% when hauling in..." Smitty exclaims, "ok, cool!" Smitty has bought you an econ 101 special Bubba says, "I have a couple more questions, then I think I am set" Bubba grins Smitty says, "sure, i think i'm pretty much done- so it's all questions now" Bourbon raises hand Bubba drawls, "I have all my defs currently set to 126/200....." Catspaws places a drink glss in Bourbon's hand Smitty says, "yes b- go ahead" Bubba says, "ooops....go ahead, B" Smitty winks, "that works bubba- but it also prevents people from getting a price from them at all- which is why 125/200 is a bit nicer for traders ;)" Bourbon says, "back to my earlier question about if def are filled at buy price and excess is sold at sell price........accepts the drink from the Kitty" Smitty exclaims, "well, that's a pretty important set of numbers- thanks for mentioning it b!" Smitty exclaims, "it's important to realize that no commod is ever actually sold for base price!" Bubba wonders what is in the drink...then decides it probably doesn't matter... Smitty says, "spread, stock level, commod, cycle- they all play a part in the current price of a commod" Bourbon says, "think it came with some funky dental floss" Smitty winks, "a commod will change price every cycle of the exchange- i guarantee it ;)" Bourbon says, "true, and other factors you mentioned" Smitty says, "that's how you make money! maximize your gain for every cycle- and make it cheapest while you're producing- that's the true key to fed economics" Catspaws whispers to Bourbon, "I always assume if your hand is raised, you're looking for a drink" and winks Bourbon says, "that is where you lost me with 6% on producing" Smitty says, "well b- the key is to "produce" at the cheapest prices possible, and "sell" at the most expensive" Smitty says, "which is 6% and 40%, respectively- and opposite for defs" Bourbon says, "6% is 3% on either side, seems builld a s/p at 40% would produce (buy) cheaper" Smitty winks, "and there are a few other things you can do to push the price one way or another- but i already talked about them ;)" Bourbon says, "realize that" Smitty asks, "ok, well, let's think about this b- if you buy a sandwich, and the price is a dollar- what is more, 6% for the store, or 40% sales tax for the store?" Smitty winks, "it's the same deal in fed ;) the more the markup (spread) - the more the exchange "taxes" you for the purchase ;)" Smitty exclaims, "so the higher the spread- the more the exchange keeps from every sale!" Bubba raises his hand Smitty says, "yes, bubba" Bubba drawls, "let's say I have an FO on my planet, with factories making unis......input is monos...." Bubba says, "I want to set my ex so that it buys the unis, giving the FO the best deal, and sell the monopoles cheap" Smitty exclaims, "sure, a good deal for the FO!" Bubba asks, "so would set unis to 20k spread 40%?" Bubba says, "wait...opposite.....low max spread 6%" Smitty says, "right" Bubba says, "grr,,,right the first time, because the unis would (presumably) be a def" Smitty says, "20k would make the commod very valuable" Smitty says, "cause your planet needs a whole 20k tons to be full" Bubba asks, "so FO would be getting the good deal?" Bubba asks, " ...with 20k and 40%?" Smitty says, "yeah- pretty good- and you'll make a bit of cash, say 100,000ig per day (nothing compared to what you produce)" Smitty says, "but setting the spread to 6% would be the BEST price for the FO- cause the exchange "tax" would be lowest" Bubba says, "with low max/" Bourbon asks, "good deal for the FO, and anyone trading, and more of a loss to the planet with buying over 0, right Smitty?" Smitty says, "right- 6% makes the least amount for the planet- 40% make the most for the planet" Bubba asks, "so you really never want to change the min/max stockpiles, on defs.....just play with the spreads, when hauling them in?" Smitty says, "exactly bubba" Bubba says, "cool....thanks Smitty...think Iunderstand things a lot better now" Smitty says, "basically, if you want the quick math- low spread means good for the trader- high spread means good for the planet" Smitty exclaims, "and there you have it!" Smitty bows in a silly fashion Angelfowl giggles Bourbon says, "nice curtsie....lol" Bubba says, "Thanks again...very informative" Smitty winks, "yep, thanks b ;)" Bourbon says, "thanks Smitty" Meteu says, "Thanks Smiity" Smitty exclaims, "i'm glad i could be here!" Angelfowl smiles, "Thank you Smitty :)" Smitty smiles, "thanks to cats for putting a classroom on her planet :)" Meteu says, "Thanks Cats" Bubba winks, "I need sleep...catch you all laters ;)" Meteu says, "I have one quick announcement before everyone leaves" Smitty smiles, "and as always- numazu in pacifica is the place to be when it comes to drinks and geishas :)" Angelfowl giggles Bubba pauses and listens to Met Bourbon asks, "the Olsen Twins?" Meteu says, "on the 14th of May at 10:00PM Eastern at CD's we will be hosting a meet and greet with none other than Smitty as the victi uh uh guest" Angelfowl giggles Bubba winks, "cool...always wanted to meet Smitty ;)" Angelfowl grins Bourbon says, "wow M&G reborn" Angelfowl smiles, "Tell me about it Bourbon :)" Catspaws says, "Smitty, thank you ever so much for hosting our first class." Catspaws says, "I would say it was a great success." Smitty smiles, "lol, yep, everyone's going to be sick of me in a week or two :)" Your comm unit relays a message from Zodbot, "Thanks Smitty. Good job." Bourbon says, "yes, thank you" Angelfowl giggles, "Very informative." smiles Smitty smiles, "you're certainly welcome cats- thanks for having me :)" Meteu says, "Thanks a lot Smitty" Smitty smiles, "and i'm always available fo questions- just TB or stop by :)" Smitty smiles, "hopefully i didn't give away ALL my secrets :)" Angelfowl smiles, "Thanks Smitty, Cats :)" Angelfowl smiles, "I'm gonna go, seeya :)" Angelfowl waves Your comm unit relays a message from Brock, "i got here just as the class was ending .. is it possible to post a log of the session somewhere?" Wearing a t-shirt that says, "I'm out of my mind, please leave a message." Angelfowl has left. Erianne packs up her recorder and heads back to her planet.
