 GEEK TOY: THE BEER BOT Men like beer. And men like gadgets. Put the two together and you end up with a geek toy that is just about the most desirable thing ever, if you're a man: you get the beer-pouring robot. The beer bot is basically a mobile refrigerator with arms. The fridge stores six cans of beer and two mugs, keeping them cold, and the arms pour the beer into a glass and hand it to you. A Japanese beer company called Asahi is running a competition where you can win one of these splendid beer bots. You have to buy lots of their beer and collect the special seals from the bottles.
