REPORTS |
FEDDERGORIES Saturday January 28 by Doggah Six players were on hand for this week's Feddergories! edition, broadcasting live from the Mustange Club on Marina, in the Russia system. Those players were: Fancy, Honoria, Jessecka, Lynnea, Robius, and Marina's planet-owner, Djentsch. After going over the rules we kicked things off. The first round was Movie Titles. The second was our first Fed-related category, Fed II Players starting with L. Honoria scored here with "Lynnea," Jessecka with "Lucifer," and Djentsch with "Lorzec." Two players matched on "Logical" and did not score. Round three was Items in a Refrigerator. In round four we had another Fed category, People/Places/Things: Marina, starting with C. Jessecka scored with "closet," Robius with "cereals," Fancy with "communist past," Djentsch with "comediantov," and Honoria with "clothed humans." After round five (Items in a Medicine Cabinet) we looked at the scores. Jessecka and Honoria were tied with the early lead, followed next by Fancy and Djentsch. For round six, we hit our last Fed-related category early: Fed II Companies starting with N. Robius was the only one to score here, with "Nemesis Inc." Two players matched "Nibblesrus" and two matched "Naked Univators Unlimited." We got through the next four rounds quickly due to the smaller number of players. Round seven was Something You Clean, eight was Cartoon Characters, nine was Games starting with F (Feddergories! and Fed Phrase Game were among the answers given), and ten was Countries. After ten rounds, we checked the scores again. Jessecka and Robius were now tied for the lead, followed by Djentsch and Fancy. Time for the bonus category: Breeds of Dog. Here were each player's unique answers after all matches were eliminated.
Here were the final scores!
Robius is this week's Feddergories! winner and recipient of a slithy tove! Congratulations to Robius and thanks to everyone who participated. Feddergories! is a wild and wacky word game played every other Saturday night (alternating with Magellan Cup) at 10.00pm eastern. See you again on February 11 for another edition! |
