BE MY VALENTINE Only two days to go until the day for romantic lovers - yes, it's almost Valentine's Day on Tuesday February 14. Prepare to be engulf in a torrent of smoochiness. The planet Valentine will be opened up for explorers on Tuesday. It has more romantic locations than you could imagine in your wildest dreams. There's shady little nooks and secluded corners where couples can bill and coo, there's areas for parties and - most important - there's plenty of places for weddings, formal and informal. The planet will stay open for a week giving you plenty of time to explore with your loved one. Roselie and Hitman will be taking advantage of this special planet for lovers by getting married on Valentine's Day - and you are all invited! Come along and watch the wedding at 10.00pm eastern on Tuesday. Freakster Radio is running a Valentine Love Song program starting at 8.00pm eastern. You can request your favorite romantic song, and dedicate it to the one you love, on the request page. And if you're getting a bit sick of all the lovey-dovey stuff, you'll enjoy our special game of Kick the Cupid, with a prize for the player who catches the little cherub with the most wallops. Join the chase at 11.00pm eastern on Tuesday. There will be free chocolates for all, courtesy of Diesel. This unexpectedly generous act is being sponsored by Chocolate Heaven of Magellan, purveyors of the finest chocolates. More freebies will be on offer from the flower girl in Earth's spaceport, who will be offering bouquets of red roses to those who ask her nicely. No doubt she is being sponsored by somebody too, but we have no advance information on who is paying for the free flowers. Join in the Valentine's Day fun - go on, you know you want to really! |
