MOGUL PROMOTION IS IMMINENT

Oil power is the last of the builds for Industrial level planets, and although there are still a few outstanding issues that need to be sorted out to do with the implications of having more than one planet in a player-owned system, enough has been done that we will shortly be able to let players promote to Mogul.
In fact, we've set a date of July 4 for opening up the promotion code, as an Independence Day present! I'll give you more information in next week's Star.
