The more hours you work, the less sleep you get. In other words, if you are short of sleep, the time you should be spending tucked up in bed is most likely to be taken up by work instead. Second sleep-replacer on the list is commuting, which is again linked to work. Fun stuff like socialising and other leisure activities come third.
