FOR AMERICANS, THE SUMMER IS OVER

This is the weekend that summertime comes to an end for Americans as clocks went back one hour last night, giving you all extra time to stay in bed or in Fed. This puts you back in sync with me - daylight saving time ended in the UK and Europe last weekend.

It is at times like this that you realize just how many gadgets and gizmos have clocks in them nowadays - so don't forget to change them all, or you may end up going to work an hour early on Monday!
