RESETS SLOW DOWN

Right now the daily reset takes about 10 seconds, but that's all going to change. No, don't worry, we are not returning to the bad old days of classic Fed when the game went down for 20 minutes each day! But the resets will take a little longer than they do right now - perhaps a couple of minutes.

The reason for the change is that Alan is beefing up the way backups are taken while the game is down, so that more data is copied to the backup drive. Since the backups can't be taken while the game is running, the more that goes on during the backups, the longer it's going to take.

So don't panic when you can't log back in immediately after the reset - just wait a couple of minutes and all will be well.
