MARSRATS, CHEESE, DROIDS AND CANDLES

You don't have to brave the dangers of the Martian ruins to be entertained by some new stuff in the Solar System.
Marsrats and Cheese
Magdalena and Daughters, the trading post on Mars, is now offering a new import from Earth: cheese. You can buy some for 10 groats a slice. Obviously, if you eat the cheese it tops up your stamina, but it has another use too...
Walk down the road a little to the empty shop, the one where you can hear marsrats scratching, and if you have a piece of cheese about your person, you can pick up a marsrat and carry it around with you. I gather they make rather fetching pets! However, if you are carrying a marsrat, you will attract attention in various parts of the Solar System, so be on the lookout for reactions.
Droid Theatre
The Droid Theatre is pleased to announce its new home on Venus, just two steps east of the shuttle pad. It is currently presenting its version of Shakespeare's tragic play, Hamlet, with the company's leading droid actor Burbage taking the lead role. If you visit the theatre you may be able to have a word with him in between rehearsals - although don't expect him to pay much attention to what you have to say!
Slow-Burning Candle
Last week I told you about the new box of candles in the Solarium on Mercury. Well now, the candles have been replaced by a new variety which takes a lot longer to burn. Open the box, take a candle, light it and watch!
