TACHYON HYPERWAVE TRANSMISSION BRINGS FTL COMMUNICATION

The final biological level build has now been made available. Tachyon hyperwave transmission is a rather complex way of allowing faster-than-light communication, which cuts out the lags experienced when messages are sent across your system the old fashioned way using slow radio waves or slightly faster lasers. Once you have the ability to build tachyon hyperwave transmission facilities, you have intrasystem communication that only has a few seconds delay, no matter how distant your planets are from each other.

This is the last of the builds for the biological level. Now that they are all done, Bella will turn back to the long-standing work on the event editor that has been occupying her time.
