FEDTERM CHARACTER AND PLANET PICTURES

This week there are lots of new FedTerm character pictures and one planet picture, so you can see what Fedders and their worlds look like.

In the character picture gallery we have:

  • Morgankom - a male human in a smart military uniform.
  • Shark - a male shark, with an enormous set of teeth. Think of the dental bills!
  • Silvos - a male yeti, covered in soft silky white fur that you just want to stroke.

They are all male again - what is up with this gender bias in the people who send in their character pictures? You can download them by right-clicking and selecting Save As... and putting them in the pictures sub-folder of your FedTerm folder.

The new planet picture in the gallery is Drunk, in the Food system, a planet shaped like a martini glass - complete with swizzle stick. Yum! Grab it by right-clicking and saving it into the Fedterm\planets folder.

If you want to let other people see what you, or your planet, looks like, you should make a picture to show us and mail it to feedback@ibgames.com (remember to put Fed2 in the subject line). Character pictures are 80 pixels wide by 96 high; planet pictures are 172 pixels square. Both should be in .bmp format. Character pictures should be named after your character, ie pugwash.bmp or newbod.bmp. Planet pictures should have a filename to match the planet name, ie marina.bmp or rigel 4.bmp.
