As you were tucking into your turkey on Thursday, enjoying the magnificent feast that characterizes a Thanksgiving meal, I hope you spared a thought for the astronauts on the International Space Station who couldn't roast a large bird or prepare the sumptuous food the rest of us enjoyed.
