AND IT ALL CAME CRASHING DOWN

We've had a couple of game crashes this week. Very annoying! Alan is doing his best to figure out what is causing the crashes but it is not easy. The fact that they are so infrequent (despite two this week) makes it hard to spot the cause. He's doing as much as he can to get the game to write into the log what it is that's going wrong, but sometimes whatever it is that is upsetting the game makes it crash before it can write any reports.
The randomness of these crashes means that there are two things that are at the top of the list of possible causes:
- One is that somebody's character file has become corrupted, and whenever they try to log on, the game crashes.
- The other is that some command which doesn't get used very often is making the game fall over.
To figure out why the game crashes, we need your help. If you are in the game when it crashes, we need to know what you were doing. That's why we ask people to send in their logs.
