Plutocrats can now rid themselves of unwanted cartel members using the new command 'EXPEL systemname'. This punts the offending star system out of your cartel and puts them back into Sol. The expulsion happens instantly, since Sol is the one cartel where the owner doesn't vet potential members; there's no pending queue, Davros just lets them in right away.
There's one other new feature: the display of a system, which you get using 'DISPLAY SYSTEM systemname', now tells you which cartel the system is in.
