PLUTOCRATS SYSTEM EXPANSION

There's a new perk for reaching the top of the game: Plutocrats can now add a fourth planet to your star system, expanding the cartel's hub.

The new planet will go in with an agricultural economy and can then be advanced to higher levels via the usual methods of building lots of useful facilities.

You should know the drill by now... create a new planet map, add an orbit location to your space map, run the system files through Tesla, and send the new/amended files to feedback@ibgames. Do not forget to put Fed2 in the subject line or your mail will end up in the spam bucket.
