But suppose you want to prove that the figure you find online is correct? Well, here's an amazing experiment you can conduct to check the figure, using just a microwave, and some leftover chocolate. Ok, at this point, I have to marvel at the concept of having any chocolate that is considered leftovers! But just in case you do have some Valentine's chocolate lying about uneaten, or looking ahead to chocolate eggs at Easter, you can use it in this experiment. Read how to do it here.
