Lightning is spectacular, but it's fast. Flash, and it's gone. Blink, and you'll miss it. Even if you keep your eyes wide open it's hard to see the details.

So this video that captures 9,000 images per second, showing lightning being formed during a storm, is quite stunning. Take a look here.
