DISPLAY CABINET DETAILS NOW IN MANUAL

I know that nobody ever reads the manual, but just in case any of you want to buck the trend, I have added the details of display cabinets to the Idiot's Guide. I had to think hard about where in the manual the information belonged - it could have gone in the section about exploring, or about running a planet, but in the end I settled on the object and mobile section.

I have also updated the command pages for examine, stash and retrieve, and added a new page for extend cabinet.

The in game help system will get updated to match next week.
