HALLOWEEN DECORATION OF THE WEEK

A Halloween decoration erected by a man in Salisbury, NC, was so lifelike that it prompted at least one person to call 911 to report a grisly accident.

Chris Deaton made the decoration, which shows a body trapped under the blades of a lawnmower. The "victim" is wearing jeans covered with blood, but he is holding a can of beer which should indicate he's not that upset by his accident.

Deaton said that he put out the same display last year and it didn't cause any problems - but this year he moved it closer to the road, prompting the 911 call.
