THE FED2 STAR IS LATE, AND TAKES A BREAK NEXT WEEKEND

They say that no news is good news. So you won’t have been too concerned when the Star didn’t appear on time this weekend. The reason it’s late is because my broadband connection went down, thanks to a fault in the telephone exchange. I had everything ready to go, but couldn’t get online to send the news out!

Speaking of the absence of news, we won’t be publishing the Fed2 Star next weekend. It’s a holiday weekend in the UK, originally to celebrate May Day but later renamed as “Spring Bank Holiday” for political reasons. Whatever it’s called, I don’t care; it means we get a three-day weekend and can spend our time outside in the fresh air enjoying ourselves.
