NO NEWS NEXT WEEK

As well as BugFest, next weekend is the last holiday weekend in the UK until Christmas. It’s the August bank holiday, generally the last weekend before the kids go back to school, the weekend of one of the country’s biggest rock festivals - and that almost guarantees it will rain! (Although this year the weather could buck the trend.)
Since my newsdroids love splashing around in the mud (and/or baking in the sun) listening to groovy sounds as much as the next droid, I have graciously allowed them to have the week off - all except one. Although the Star won’t be published next Sunday, I’ll leave one unlucky droids on duty to report to you anything important that comes out of BugFest.
The Star will be back the following Sunday, September 2.
