US AND UK TIME SYNCS UP AGAIN

Clocks in the US went back an hour last night, as summer time ended. Not only did this give our American readers an extra hour in bed (or in Fed), it also brings the US back in sync with UK time - so the reset will now happen at its usual time of 8.00am eastern.
Now we have until the Spring to acclimatize to the new schedule before we change the clocks again and our body clocks get messed up once more.
