DUMB CRIMINAL OF THE WEEK: THE DRUNKEN BURGLAR

It started so well. Adam Bell, a 36-year-old burglar, broke into a pub in Staffordshire, England, intending to help himself to the cash in the fruit machines.
But while he was in the bar, he just couldn’t resist pouring himself a pint. Then he had another. And another. Eventually he got so drunk he passed out on the floor.
Staff found him there, still asleep, the next morning. They woke up him and called the police.
He had no choice but to admit to the burglary, because everything he did was captured by the pub’s security camera. You can watch the video at the source link below.
Bell has been jailed for three months.
