HAPPY BIRTHDAY CURIOSITY

The Martian rover has now been trundling around on the surface for a year. The “seven minutes of terror” as the rover entered the planet’s atmosphere and plummeted to the surface was a tense moment for the NASA staff who designed Curiosity, but it all worked out fine and the robot touched down after its journey of 355 million mile journey from Earth.
