WHOOPS! GAME CRASHES SPOIL MONDAY’S RESET

It wasn’t a very auspicious start to the week. As part of the server changes he is making to go along with the new version of FedTerm, Alan put in a new version of the code, which came in when the game fired up after Monday’s reset.
Unfortunately, something went wrong, and no sooner did the game fire up but it shut down again. Multiple attempts to get going happened until Alan backed out the new code and put the old code back.
We’ve compensated people who told us they lost money due to the greedy grasping taxman seizing their assets each time the game fired up. If you lost anything, email us at feedback@ibgames.com (don’t forget to put Fed2 in the subject line).
The offending code was meant to handle the new display page for exchanges.
The problem turned out to be a missing comma, thus proving the value of proper punctuation. Isn’t programming fun?
