Insulation
Description:
A combination of breakthroughs in the designing and making synthetic insulating materials combined with intensive energy-saving campaigns helps to reduce energy loss in some of the most energy-intensive industries.
Effect:
Each insulation build increases the efficiency of energy-intensive industries by 1%, up to a maximum of 10%.
Duration:
Up to five insulation builds can be carried out as long as you have at least one coal power build. Further points can be built once you have built an oil power facility.
Command:
'BUILD INSULATION'. You can remove the build with 'DEMOLISH INSULATION'.
