TREASURY LIMIT LOWERED

The taxman has struck, and as he promised - or threatened - the limit on the amount of groats your planet's treasury can hold has been lowered to 1 gigagroat. Any groats above that limit have been confiscated. In future, should your treasury creep over the limit, the excess will be removed at reset.
The groats taken by the taxman will, we are assured, be donated to the Revenue Service Widows and Orphans Fund. Far be it from us to doubt the truth of this statement...
