FED2 MANUALS UPDATED

The Fed2 manuals have been updated with all the information about the remote control commands for planet owners. Now, I know that nobody ever reads the manual, but at least they are now correct and have all the detail you need!
The updates have been made to the Idiot's Guide, which now has a new page all about the remote controls, and to the command pages, where the entries for Display Exchange, Display Factories, Display Production and Set Spread have been updated, and a new page for Set Stockpile added. You can reach all of those through the commands index page.
Or, alternatively, you can whine on the comms and ask how the commands work...
