SOL FACTORY RESTRICTIONS EXTENDED

Now that worlds with bio economies can be linked into out-of-Sol star systems, the biological planets in the Solar System - that is, Doris and Phobos - will no longer permit factories to be built upon them. In addition, any factories on those planets will be scheduled for demolition and the Galactic Administration will pay no compensation to the owners. So if you own property on one of those worlds, you need to sell them before they get knocked down.
The demolition will happen at some point after next weekend, so there's your deadline.
