NEGATIVE TREASURY ROLLOVER BUG FIXED

Alan has just put in a fix for a bug which was providing planet-owners with a groat boost. The bug meant that if a treasury plunged too far into the red with a negative balance, the game would suddenly inject some cash into the planet at reset to push it back into the positive. Free groats - lovely!
We know that some players discovered this by accident when they were experimenting to see just how low they could send their treasury - or how high they could make the deficit, if you look at it the other way. Now the temptation to exploit it deliberately has been removed.
Send your treasury negative now and it'll just stay that way!
