ONE SYSTEM, TWO CARTELS

Another problem showed up this week, when a player reported that his star system appeared to be a member of two different cartels.
There are two places where the cartel that a star system belongs to is recorded: one is in the information file for the system, and the other is the info file for the cartel. But when this player moved out of the Sol cartel into a new cartel, the cartel file got updated - but not the system’s file.
So any display involving the star system said it belonged to the Sol cartel, but the cartel display showed the system in the new cartel.
Alan is fixing this and is going through the code to make sure both files get updated when a PO moves to a new cartel.
