DRONE OF THE WEEK: THE FASTEST EVER QUADCOPTER

The Pentagon’s research division, DARPA, has developed a quadcopter that rivals Speedy Gonzales – it flies at 45 miles per hour.
The drone speedster is part of a program with the aim of beefing up drone processing power so they can carry out low-level tasks, such as manoeuvring in a crowded space, without being piloted by a human.
