ONE OF OUR STAR SYSTEMS IS MISSING!

We recently had reports that some star systems had gone missing from the game. Oh no! What kind of deadly star-chomping alien creature is out there, gorging on whole systems? Are we all doomed?
But no, there’s no need to panic. As far as we can see, the systems reported missing were removed a while back as part of our regular purges of abandoned star systems – those where the owner hasn’t shown up in Fed DataSpace for at least three years.
Every few years we go through the list of absent players and take their systems out of the game, to shorten the ‘DI SYSTEMS’ list. So if you suddenly realise that the planets you used to trade on a few years ago are not there any more, that’s probably why.
In the case of the Far Star system, it also happened to be a cartel, so its removal had cut off access to all its member systems. We have reinstated this system.
Other systems reported missing will stay out of the game unless the owner shows up again.
