PLAYER LIST
The right hand window is a list of players currently in the game. Fed2Term keeps this list updated as people log on and off.
The list is set up initially by using the 'QUICKWHO' display. Once it is set up, the list is kept updated using the 'SPYNET NOTICE' reports that tell you when players log on and off the game. Fed2Term does not display these reports on your screen; however if you wish to see them, you can turn them on by selecting the 'Options' menu and clicking 'SpyNet Notices'. Do the same to turn it off again. You can also filter the SpyNet Notices so you are only told about certain people, using the Friends & Foes feature (this is explained later in the manual).
You can turn the player list off completely by selecting the 'Options' menu and clicking on 'Player List'. Note that Fed2Term will still keep track of players with the 'QUICKWHO' and 'SPYNET NOTICE' commands in the background; it just won't display the list. Therefore if you turn the list on again it will give the correct information.
